Despite being our first choice, Kantata did not meet our expectations because it did not provide a calendar view for projects and had poor resource visibility. It also lacks the aesthetic appeal that our team finds appealing and is somewhat pricey. We experimented with a number of options before settling on Avaza, including Monday, Float, Wrike, Zoho, and Teamwork. Our workflow has been much enhanced by Avaza's simple project setup process, which includes budget tracking and convenient left-hand navigation.
Mavenlink has brought about a significant enhancement in our project task management, surpassing the capabilities of our previous legacy product. The user-friendly interface, coupled with diverse task types, has elevated Mavenlink to my preferred tool, eliminating the need for auxiliary applications like MS Project.
