We have been using ApplicantPro for many years now. Previously, we used a manual system of recruiting by receiving resumes by emails and posting jobs on the job board one by one. This software has helped save a lot of time and money and helped expand my role as HR. The price is very affordable and the reporting features are just excellent and are now on our fingertips. When we are aware of where the applicants are coming from, it helps better spending on recruiting budget in the places that count. Moreover, customer support is very helpful and prompt whenever I need advice or if there is a problem. The only feature I would like to have is better integration with Indeed sponsored ads. It would be awkward to sponsor to Indeed through other ATS. Overall I found this program very helpful and recommend this to any person in the market.
