I appreciate how easy it is to use and how it helps me stay organized by centralizing all my communications in one place, allowing me to better manage my day-to-day activities.

However, I have some reservations about recent changes made to the system.

Highly recommend as a CRM for managing leads to closed sales.

User-friendly interface and smooth lead and deal management.

The connection with MS Outlook is unreliable, which is frustrating when juggling multiple calendars and tasks.

I have worked with Sugar CRM and created numerous add-ons for consulting projects.

Flexible, a nice development model if you personally want to host the CRM, almost all can be extended in PHP, the cost is lower compared to Salesforce.

A dated UI, tabs are poorly displayed.
