I am extremely satisfied with this app.
I like IntakeQ because it is easy to use, secure receiving and sending information, HIPPA compliant, provide patient information like their insurance cards and ids. Excellent service.
It would be good if they added the incoming tax feature too. Forms can be made easier once you have learned how to make them. I would be glad if I received alerts not only when the patient completes the form but when they start filing them too.
It is adaptable, dependable, using it is simple, it has additional features, and client support is good
Very expensive.
The form meets all HIPPA requirements and they can be customized.
IntakeQ offered a solution to the several complaints regarding intake forms and their updating for upcoming evaluation.
None.
By the time of going live, plenty of installation work remained forcing us to postpone the process by two months. After going live and using it for one year, most of our patients leave as it is full of bugs. Overall, the experience of patients has become very confusing and horrible. It is full of incorrect reminders and its portal is glitched. Investing in this software will cost you your money and patients.
It has many useful features, and if everything really functioned well, it would be extremely simple and customizable to use.
Terrible support-extremely slow response. Bugs are all over the software and very minimal processes (if any) were thought through.
