The software does its job. Whatever billing we must do including the claims billing, we are simply able to proceed with already entered client information with no issues. It is not too difficult to understand and use. If we ever have any questions about something that is not exactly standard, we are able to get help quickly by contacting the client support.
It has some integration limitations, and that is why it is good for small to medium size medical practice. The price is a little high, but some economies can be achieved with fewer workstation logins.
It is adaptable, dependable, using it is simple, it has additional features, and client support is good
Very expensive.
The overall experience is nearly flawless, with minimal drawbacks and excellent support when needed.
The platform's ease of use, incorporation of desired features, and affordability make it a standout choice for users seeking a seamless and cost-effective solution.
None
By the time of going live, plenty of installation work remained forcing us to postpone the process by two months. After going live and using it for one year, most of our patients leave as it is full of bugs. Overall, the experience of patients has become very confusing and horrible. It is full of incorrect reminders and its portal is glitched. Investing in this software will cost you your money and patients.
It has many useful features, and if everything really functioned well, it would be extremely simple and customizable to use.
Terrible support-extremely slow response. Bugs are all over the software and very minimal processes (if any) were thought through.
