Using it is simple, the features are nicely connected.
It is old-fashioned.
It is adaptable, dependable, using it is simple, it has additional features, and client support is good
Very expensive.
This is a normal program and I could deal it with all its shortcomings. But luckily there are better ones also available in the market.
It was great for the mental health side. The comprehensive assessments, releases, and forms could be customized into the system in the way we want it to be. Customer support was prompt in case there was any problem, especially with the super users.
The program is good, but it is outdated. The version did not work for all the departments. We would have preferred something like behavioral health overall, at least substance abuse could be included.
By the time of going live, plenty of installation work remained forcing us to postpone the process by two months. After going live and using it for one year, most of our patients leave as it is full of bugs. Overall, the experience of patients has become very confusing and horrible. It is full of incorrect reminders and its portal is glitched. Investing in this software will cost you your money and patients.
It has many useful features, and if everything really functioned well, it would be extremely simple and customizable to use.
Terrible support-extremely slow response. Bugs are all over the software and very minimal processes (if any) were thought through.
