As the person who operates this system in our organization, I love how it is very flexible in all cases, the ability to edit and customize data easily, creating new fields, customize reports and creating custom dashboard has been a great help. The support team has also been a great help when I have some issues. Great software for everyone.
We moved to another software due to GMs restricted incorporation abilities despite the software largely performing majority of the job.
Largely, GM performed what it required us to perform, we managed to maintain adequate profiles on all of our potential students plus our past communication with them, on the systems left hand side, you could also see a running list of the student profiles you were formerly viewing, thus, moving back to their page was simple when necessary.
Not very intuitive, has an outdated interface, its integration abilities are very limited-it wouldn't allow us to interact with potential students straightway from the system nor would it allow us to plan their visits to campus-leading to a decline in the effectiveness of our office's work.
One of the best things about Bullhorn is that it has an integrated email system, which makes it easier for me to email my co-workers and candidates. I also like that it gives me the ability to add more information about our prospects into the system quickly.
Bullhorn is clunky and not that easy to use. Some of its features are also not intuitive as well.
We're able to maintain a detailed accounting of our past client interactions and special pricing and relationship-based data. Further, it helps us to recollect the crucial information for tailored service.
It helps is keeping track of our client relationships and recording vital client details and history.
Lack of incorporation features in the version we're using.
