Box is the ideal software to business owners with security concerns.

It is very secure, the capability of the cross-functional team work is great, it syncs your work documents in a great way while collaborating with your team work to ensure safety of every document you have.

It is partially intuitive and the user experience is not as great compared to other software.

File storage system that is simple to work with for all in the organization, integration of Box onto your desktop for localized access on your computer is simple, and it is easy to share files.

Among the ideal enterprise level cloud storage software for an organization is Box.

People at times make mistakes or adjustments and viewing who moved of deleted a file would be useful when I wish to permit the admin to have a log of alterations and manage to access deleted files temporarily. Nonetheless, the last user to save a file is not displayed.

WordPress is a fantastic CMS platform, even for those who are not that familiar with web designing. I like that it has similarities with Blogger, which I used back in 2004. It has a free version, which is robust enough to be used on its own.

As I am quite familiar with its features as I used a similar platform previously. I found out that it wasn’t the same for new users. It has a high learning curve, but that’s normal for any CMS platform. Make sure to try the free version first and see if it suits you.
