      The product aimed to streamline and automate the invoicing process, providing a more efficient way to handle accounts payable. However, upon evaluating it, I ultimately decided to stick with the traditional approach of attaching invoices to emails addressed to the client's accounts payable personnel. While the concept had potential benefits, it did not align with the specific needs and preferences of my organization.

      The concept itself was impressive, offering a modern approach to managing accounts payable through an app rather than relying solely on traditional invoices. The convenience and potential efficiency gains were notable.

      One major drawback was the lack of flexibility in the system. It appeared that the available options were limited to strict categorizations, without accounting for the nuances and variations that often exist in invoicing processes. Having more flexibility and the ability to accommodate different scenarios would have been preferable.

      With the help of this program, you can easily keep track of the invoices that have been sent and the payments gotten from customers. Although it can be a little challenging to learn at first, it is quite simple to use and keep up with once you get the feel of it.
