I am a big fan of all the functions that this program has. It has been helpful to my company and me.
The customer service team is weak. There are also way too many bugs, and its syncing capability is almost non-existent.
General Comments: The big companies will find it very beneficial.
Listing all my employees on my business page is easy with it.
Email viewing is not attractive.
Very disappointed with this program. I’ve been a long-time user of Act! but the experience it gave me over the past year has been awful. I am now looking for other software that can work the same way that Act! did.
I liked its capability to manage contact information, it keeps all the data I need in one place. However, this feature went out of the window when the entire system stopped working. I asked the support for help, but the solution they provided was useless.
The reporting sucks. As for the whole program, it used to work great but not anymore.
I have worked with Sugar CRM and created numerous add-ons for consulting projects.
Flexible, a nice development model if you personally want to host the CRM, almost all can be extended in PHP, the cost is lower compared to Salesforce.
A dated UI, tabs are poorly displayed.
