Its good

Pros

The ease with which the system can be adapted to your needs
From a one-person company to a whole team, Podio is a good option for project managers.

Cons

I don't like the Podio app for mobile devices
It's really basic, so it makes it difficult to use on a mobile phone or tablet
Also, my experience with customer service has left much to be desired due to lack of response
Finally, I would like to see more integration with other platforms like Whatsapp, WeChat, Messenger, Skype..
through which tasks or reports could be shared.

Citrix Podio simplifies workflow management and collaboration for teams

Citrix Podio has saved me a lot of time in managing my team's workflow and collaborating with them. The platform has also made communication with stakeholders easier, leading to increased efficiency in completing projects.

Pros

I appreciate the customizable workflow and the user-friendly interface
The platform allows me to track my tasks and update my team on my progress
I can also tag or comment on items that require attention, making communication with various stakeholders seamless and efficient.

Cons

I cannot think of anything negative about the product
It works exceptionally well for my team, and I have not used any other project management software to compare it to.
