It also offers online appointments, patient forms, special dates and post-appointment survey features.The Dental PM module allows users to manage front and back office operations. It provides scheduling, progress notes, claims management, analytics and prompt notes. The solution can capture x-ray images, intra-oral pictures and ortho-profile pictures.
Overall, our experience has been positive. However, the onboarding process was a bit overwhelming, which is understandable given the magnitude of such a transition. It would have been beneficial if the support staff were better equipped to address potential challenges related to data conversion, perhaps even covering this aspect during the training phase before the actual implementation.
I genuinely like this product and see its potential for greatness. I hope the company continues to evolve and make necessary enhancements because I'd prefer not to undergo the process of transitioning my charts to another platform.
