Mimecast is an effective solution for email protection because of its strong security features and remarkable customization options. But the once-helpful support staff has stopped responding altogether, which has left me frustrated and forced to rely primarily on research and self-learning. Even though I've been able to get value out of Mimecast, the support issues are a big drawback.
