IBM Maximo has proven to be an exceptional software solution for managing and maintaining my company's assets. Pros

One of the standout features of IBM Maximo is its comprehensive nature, allowing me to effectively manage multiple manufacturers and keep track of all my assets
The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate, offering a wide range of powerful features
The Asset Intelligence feature, in particular, is exceptional, enabling me to track usage and predict maintenance or repair needs

Cons

While the graphical user interface of IBM Maximo is generally intuitive, I have encountered some difficulties when attempting to make changes
The "quick-launch" bar, which can be dragged onto the desktop, sometimes relies on hidden functions that are challenging to locate
This issue has become more frustrating following updates to Adobe Flash and Firefox addons
However, I believe that these issues will be resolved with future updates
Additionally, while the Guide files are helpful, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of functionality, such as incorporating question mark icons that directly link to relevant guide files, similar to mobile apps for Android or iPhone.
