Very good for planned or unplanned service visits.

Using this GPS works for us. My customers at times need urgent services and I can provide them excellent service and solve their issues as soon as possible. We look good with the clients also because we can now provide a realistic timeline for support technician’s arrival.

Pros

I like the way this system works
It is a very easy system to learn and manage
It lets me dispatch a technical person to the client’s location in no time using their location and availability information about the client’s service location.

Cons

It does not consist of a traffic reporting option to help us route or re-route the employees’ trip to the client’s site
When we generate a daily performance report, the selected range must be highlighted rather than just providing the dates
This just slows one down a little.
