It helps us stay organized with our documentation

We have used it in addition to Salesforce software. It has worked just fine for us. We have had some problems when using it, but I believe those to be user problems rather than functional matters. So, it does what it is supposed to do.

Pros
  • SpringCM works well for managing your documents and contracts
  • It not only helps a company organize all its documents; it can then be set up to allow specific access to users
  • This way they can see all and only what they need
  • This can come in handy for management and other staff including the sales personnel
  • That is one reason, the option of Salesforce plug-in is offered to maximize its use.
Cons
  • I noticed that if you click more than once on anything, the relevant file does not open or work
  • It is a rather costly option.
