Customer Service is Lacking

It effectively tracks employees' time remotely.

Pros

I like that it has a nice user interface and is easy to use
It's pretty basic for time keeping, but it seems like it'll get the job done well and be reliable
Plus, the mobile app is really well-built and a great addition.

Cons

Their customer service is terrible
I've sent several emails and waited weeks, but still no response
So, I went on live chat and they didn't even apologize, but said they'd be happy to help.
