Not what it used to be

Previously, I was very contented with NCR silver. However, over time the price has gone up and the client support is unavailable to answer me when I seek answers for the price hike and other complicated inventory queries.

Pros

Installing and using it was simple, it is user-friendly, and it had very helpful call center reps.

Cons

Unlike before when I used to resolve most of my problems, I now have to contact them after they switched the call center to India
Getting the support team is a struggle and after getting them they’re unable to offer any assistance-they queue my question and tell me to wait for a response.
