The tool is simple to operate and requires very little training. Since I'm a new user, it's taking me a little longer to get used to it, but so far everything else has been positive.

The inventory management system is beneficial since it monitors inventory, discarded items, and customer data. But occasionally, especially for people who don't use it frequently, it can be difficult.

An inconvenience arises from the fact that log-in credentials are not synchronized with users' Active Directory (AD) accounts. This lack of integration can be less than ideal.
