It is so easy to use, and there are lots of functions that work well. Some functions, however, do not work as perfectly.
The client service is not exactly great. We have had relatively simple answers, and we have had a hard time getting hold of people to help us. Any change in the directly assigned account representatives from the company can result in a loss of contact with the right support staff, which is what happened with us.

When my team of engineers attempts to add some minutes to their timecard every week for redoing their time sheets, the information has to be continuously keyed in again because the software doesn’t accept or delete the information. Besides, the software has other major problems which make it extremely irritating.
We had issues with the installation and basic set up with some integration. Once installed though, the software was not too bad to work with from there.
It provides the basic functionality for which it is purchased. It is low in price.
There were some issues with setting up the clock right, especially the way we wanted to set it up to work with Single Sign-On. Their customer support was not able to help us initially either.
