This software includes various features needed by me and which are highly configurable. These make me feel capable of doing anything and also helps me to make processes unique to my company. One of its features has the ability to link clients customized forms without requiring them to make an email or password, as a result of which the obstacle of patients booking with us is reduced, while still capturing all the needed data.
There are very many icons, which requires the user to learn or get trained for.
Learning this program is easy and the support is excellent.
Protection of the HIPAA policy and the privacy of our patients, capabilities of text and email confirmation are great, and rather than getting huge threatening amounts at the start or end of the year, we make monthly payments.
Compared to the past, the program is slower. I’m unable to work with my patients because the text confirmation holds up the computer program sometimes. Has a very extreme monthly reminder-when I ask it to remind me the following day, it doesn’t listen.
