There are so many good things. Where do I start! Well, it is easy to use. I suppose it is the intuitive structure that lets us learn it on the fly. A customer profile can contain everything from documents to images and videos which can be accessed as needed. You can select and modify fields according to your processing and reporting needs. The templates and forms are good tools to use for email and for other means of communication.
Interestingly enough, it requires you to type delete for everything you decide to delete. I understand it is a control against the risk of deleting desired data by mistake. However, a simple yes or no option could suffice there.
I was able to install and operate the platform quickly and start working with it forthwith.
Ability to trace my opportunities via the sales cycle, promptly view all communications and tasks, and clients most recent social media posts prior to following up on a call with them, and the Group Messenger aspect lets you to send mails to a group- which is extremely useful.
Knowing who received a group message without tagging the personal customer record and sort them out with reports is quite hard. Also, it's not possible to view activity on emails in the customer record.
Ability to trace extremely precise and customizable sets of data and turn this into accountable data that has bettered customer service using Dashboards
Customer support experiences are poor, the software is quite slow, it occasionally crashes.
I fancy Nimble, but the support team takes very long to get issues resolved-it could be better.
I can view other social media from a contact once it is added to Nimble, seeing if the contacts interest is similar to mine is possible thanks to Nimble prospector.
Terrible client support and when I attempted to send emails to many contacts, it never synced well leading to creation of a conversion as it send the emails to everybody.
