Ease of use, user-friendly, Candidate flow and templates can be customized, helpdesk rep is always alert and ready to respond to our queries positively. They are kind enough to let you know how to take the fullest advantage of the features you are aren't aware of.
Restricting user type is impossible, such as disabling managers to forward candidates not meeting the set criteria.
PeopleFluent is better than any other available ATS I have used when hiring for the past 16 years. It is extremely simple to use and teach a new hiring manager or recruiter to operate it. Also, setting filter options is simple and the support team is awesome.
Simple to learn and teach someone the software.
The process of posting a role has very many steps
According to a newly introduced feature, the resume has become a part of the job application but it doesn't let the candidate know it. It is something really appreciated by our company. It asked for the resumes of the current employees too. After negotiating this issue to the customer service rep, I was told, though I am a huge customer of their, to wait for a while which for no surprise to me continued for several months but ultimately it was done.
First we started with their free plan about which, I don't know still exists or not. It suited to our company's needs very well because we were not getting CVs through an email address. Further, we allocated different departs to concerned managers.
Bugs in upgrades, customer support is not responsive enough, their turnaround time is 48 hours which is pathetic. No distinction or respect for high paying customers.
An admin is needed to perform daily operations in this LMS, unlike others like redbird, saba, and cornerstone that only need an individual about once every week to run it. It could, however, be suitable for a larger company but currently, software's are optimized. The sole benefit is that they're affordable than others, and that they're restructuring their software and requesting customers to assist them invent their software. It may be later be functional for a manufacturing company.
