I can’t think of any significant issues, but if I were to nitpick, then the integration with Zendesk took a bit of time. Although, that can go unnoticed quickly.
Work order management, asset tracking, and other features are all included in FIXX. Because of its extreme user-friendliness, anyone who can navigate a simple dropdown menu may easily utilize it. With FIXX, the game has transformed from the almost nonexistent tracking we had before for components, usage, downtime, and PMs. Everything is contained in a single straightforward application. The mobile app is always becoming better, despite minor problems.
