Navigating through all the features of Dayforce can be challenging at times, especially when it comes to implementing new policies. It requires thorough checkbox verification across different areas of Dayforce to ensure that all necessary settings are enabled or aligned for the new policy, which can be time-consuming.

Operating it is extremely simple, they have great client care, and its value for money is good.

Using it is simple, and the incorporations with other systems e.g. QB, TurboTax, etc. are numerous.

Small organizations find it quite pricey and client care response is slow.

Simple entering of payroll, paying and monitoring. Payroll accounting is eased by collaboration with Xero and QB.

The interface is difficult to use at times
