  • Great functionality, very user-friendly, excellent interface, reasonably priced, automation of business processes, smart system and leads you through the entire processes from lead generation to sealing the actual deal and aiding your customer, it has all you require to successfully seal a deal therein, and outstanding customer support.

  • Terrible client support and when I attempted to send emails to many contacts, it never synced well leading to creation of a conversion as it send the emails to everybody.

I work with bpm'online mostly in lead generation and sales. It greatly assisted me to generate additional leads and seal more deals leading to an increase in our profits.

Great functionality, very user-friendly, excellent interface, reasonably priced, automation of business processes, smart system and leads you through the entire processes from lead generation to sealing the actual deal and aiding your customer, it has all you require to successfully seal a deal therein, and outstanding customer support.

Ability to handle all our client relationships within BPM, it has let us to collaborate contact with our other apps and hasten the sales process too.

Initially, support was not very effective.

I was able to install and operate the platform quickly and start working with it forthwith.

Ability to trace my opportunities via the sales cycle, promptly view all communications and tasks, and clients most recent social media posts prior to following up on a call with them, and the Group Messenger aspect lets you to send mails to a group- which is extremely useful.

Knowing who received a group message without tagging the personal customer record and sort them out with reports is quite hard. Also, it's not possible to view activity on emails in the customer record.

I fancy Nimble, but the support team takes very long to get issues resolved-it could be better.

I can view other social media from a contact once it is added to Nimble, seeing if the contacts interest is similar to mine is possible thanks to Nimble prospector.

Terrible client support and when I attempted to send emails to many contacts, it never synced well leading to creation of a conversion as it send the emails to everybody.
