The helpdesk reps are amazing with a lot of patience and tolerance. Workflow creations, setting up goals, and performance evaluation are matchless in their performances. Record/file maintenance feature is from out of this world. I don't say it is cheapest of all but in comparison to software with the same weight, you find ClearCompany more useful.
Mobile app is badly needed. Hope it'll be done soon.
