Pros are great customer service, extensive info database, of information and flexibility to adapt to your needs.
No way to preview the cover page in a job pipeline, can't email multiple people to ask for reviews on multiple candidates.
It enhances centralized communication, integration with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and others is great, tracking the origin of applicants is great and simple if the software is used accurately by your recruiters, and it puts plenty of structure in a manner that is simple to use.
Has a slow development pace, standard automization, subpar reporting feature if you fail to perform any Jobvite customization, and the functionality of the CRM is standard.
Intuitive and simple. Main motto is to get the job done.
