The support team has also been a great help when I have some issues. Great software for everyone.
Our payroll is handled by iSolved, however the interface is antiquated and unautomated. Even for simple modifications like PFML upgrades, we have to directly get in touch with their team. Although it fulfills its essential purpose, it is not as feature-rich and intuitive as other payroll solutions.

Poor client care service. Tax problems leading to penalties and late fees are many. Unending technical problems and hitches-while you’re in the middle of a project, the systems just logs you out.
