A wonderful software that can be used by the patient and the doctors both. Billing is great. It helped me to keep track of everything I needed.
I love this app!
For medical practices with licensed MDs, LCSWs, LMHCs, LCACs, and LMFTs, Athena is a game-changer. Its efficiency in managing diagnoses, allergies, medications, and appointments makes it a top recommendation, especially for practices that incorporate behavioral health and mental health services.
User-friendly system, ensuring a seamless transition to the next steps in our medical practice. The layout is intuitive, making it easy to access crucial information such as diagnoses, allergies, medications, and appointments.
Inability to integrate with our non-licensed practitioners.
The training at Athena is the worst. They do not employ any doctor to help out during the training. The project managers conduct training in a quick manner, which is not much helpful. The descriptors are also mislabeled. The entire training was a bad experience.
Order sets or Doctor's orders could be created which includes perfect diagnosis, Xrays, labs, etc. which would not only save time but also keep a record for later use. Controlled medications could also be e-prescribed with the help of an iPhone.
We are not at all satisfied with the service provided. We would be embarrassed to run a company like Athena. They are insanely overpriced. They don't even use medical terms and most of the terms are computer words and phrases. We are looking for an alternative to Athena.
