Definitely the fact that the interface is so user-friendly and easy to navigate. Plus, the layout is really well-designed and makes it a breeze to access every part of the program.
Well, I have to say that the implementation process could be better. It's also a bummer that Syspro doesn't have their own tech support team to help out if anything goes wrong.

Additionally, the software is unreliable as it frequently crashes in the middle of work, and there is no recovery or automatic saving. Furthermore, the error reporting system is not helpful, and it is difficult to determine what went wrong. If there is a problem, it is impossible to save the page, and all work is lost.
