Companies can access real-time security scores from Security Scorecard, which is routinely updated to reflect changes to their networks and apps. Customers that wish to initiate discussions about their security posture and buy additional services will find this useful. However, for new businesses, the first discovery phase can last up to 7 days, so a 24-hour-earlier report would be advantageous.

Webroot gives us the tools we need to be proactive in defending our clients from cyber attacks, and it is simple to setup and monitor. The support staff is also excellent, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Our only two criticisms are that updating software exceptions can occasionally be challenging and that, particularly in the healthcare sector, we still frequently need assistance from the support service.

Easy to deploy and monitor, proactive protection against threats

and fantastic support team

Difficulty in understanding how to update software exceptions

A very light endpoint security solution with a rapid deployment process. It doesn't need virus definition updates and can be set to interact with EDR systems, making it the best choice for small organizations with low resources. Furthermore, Webroot BEP interacts with the majority of Remote Monitoring and Management solutions, making deployment and upkeep simpler. If malware does infiltrate a system, Webroot BEP might be resource-intensive throughout the quarantine and cleanup phase.

Lightweight, quick to deploy and no need for virus definition updates

Can be resource intensive during quarantine and cleanup
