SAP is undoubtedly the ideal software on the market (comprehensive CRM package) for large organizations, almost everything in the software can be configured, addictive to use after knowing how it operates, and any command that you give it will be executed provided it is well configured.
Numerous features and modules, flexible, and can be configured easily.
Expensive, terrible German tables, resources are required, and the default UI doesn't fit all.
Agresso enables users to simply track transactions and locate supporting documentation. Furthermore, customers can modify reports to their preferences, which can save an immense amount of time. When the setup box is open, users are unable to use the paste option.
Transcation tracking is easier and can find backing document
Paste option can't be used when the setup box is opened
It has a steep learning curve. Someone with strong IT skills is needed to run it.
It offers many things that are good like functionality, reports, views, and tools for analysis and forecasting.
It has a steep learning curve.
There are no redeeming features that I can identify, aside from perhaps the introductory page design.
I found it to be quite challenging to operate. Unfortunately, the drop-down menu is not user-friendly, and it is not intuitive how to find the relevant keywords. Additionally, the software is unreliable as it frequently crashes in the middle of work, and there is no recovery or automatic saving. Furthermore, the error reporting system is not helpful, and it is difficult to determine what went wrong. If there is a problem, it is impossible to save the page, and all work is lost.
