      As the CEO of Billy.com, I decided to fully transition to Phonexa in 2021. Since then, I have been provided with over-the-top customer service from some truly great people. I cannot speak highly enough of how great the Phonexa team is from the top down. My main reason for transitioning was to avoid exorbitant onboarding fees and to take advantage of the multiple systems they offer. These multiple systems have increased my revenue while my costs have decreased, resulting in greater profits for the company.

      Phonexa really just gets their customers. They're very responsive and willing and able to figure out how to make custom workflows work, and they catch on fast to one-off situations, which every business finds themselves in.

      Its intuitive interface and comprehensive features make it a powerful choice, although some improvements in the WYSIWYG editor would be welcome.

      Flexible scoring options, including BANT and behavioral scoring. Detailed reporting capabilities. Personalization and dynamic content for various elements.

      Minor quirks with the WYSIWYG editor; split source and design views would be beneficial.

      It is helpful in scheduling emails to get to know the clients and communicating better in the future with them.

      The quality check of emails before scheduling is very useful to gain a better experience of scheduling emails.

      The customer service could be improved. Because, in spite of scheduling, my mails could not be sent. The customer support does not help much in this regard in spite of inquiry.
