It's been a huge help for us in terms of collecting data from our shop floor and integrating it into our financial records on a daily and monthly basis. This has made it a lot easier for our managers to stay on top of things and spot potential issues before they become big problems.
Definitely the fact that the interface is so user-friendly and easy to navigate. Plus, the layout is really well-designed and makes it a breeze to access every part of the program.
Well, I have to say that the implementation process could be better. It's also a bummer that Syspro doesn't have their own tech support team to help out if anything goes wrong.
