In our comparison of LivePOS vs. Sapaad, Sapaad is the best option with a higher overall Wheelhouse Score. Wheelhouse Score uses a combination of feature and pricing comparison data, average user ratings, and editorial reviews to score software vendors on a scale of 1-10.
All items at my store are now well organized and are in a good place. The customer support is awesome and very responsive.
I have been using this software for 2 years and didn’t find a single thing that could bother me.
A full-service restaurant cannot yet use the Sapaad restaurant management system. The inventory program is the only saving grace, but it is at best average. The program contains a lot of bugs, like the inability to enter tips for walk-in orders, Tables couldn't be combined, Failing to design the dining room's floor plan, the kitchen is unaware of who called in the order because KDS does not publish the names of servers on tickets, there is no keycode for rapid entry or entering discounts, therefore servers must either have full access or log off and have the manager log in. Servers must log in using their email address and password.
Nothing major other than the inventory program
Unable to enter tips on walk-in orders, Unable to merge tables, Unable to make a floor layout for the dining room and KDS does not display server names on tickets.
Lack of an export button for your inventory, fixing errors taking very long, difficulty in using the software, and lack of knowing how to do POs despite getting help from support made us move to another software.
The available functions are many and downtime is very rare.
The register part that remains in the store must be installed, you’ll require another computer with this setup on it if your computer experiences downtime, and the support team is sometimes a nuisance.
The POS system Sapaad is effective, although it has several drawbacks. The online ordering system is a useful tool, however there are certain things that could be done better, including adding more non-discountable items and expanding the available discounts. In order to gather additional information for promotions, the CRM system needs to be enhanced. Additionally, there is no training mode and insufficient date/time control in the reports. Overall, Sapaad is a fantastic alternative for restaurants, but before choosing it, establishments should be aware of its restrictions.
Third party integrations and online ordering system
No discounts, OTP isn't proper, no survey options, whatsapp sharing isn't there, footer section needs improvement and reports do not have control for data and time
