Simple to use, extremely trustworthy, simple to teach a new person on how to work with the software app and reader, dashboards are simple to navigate, reports are simple to read, Square charges are extremely reasonable and very good about offering Square reader devices for POS transactions.
The standard Square readers don’t function with the most recent Apple iPhones that don’t have the phone jack which can be challenging. It can be difficult to view the person that paid for a product or to match up transactions to products sold (for big events when many transactions occur within a short time frame).
LAVU was useful at first. But after I encountered one problem after the other, it's no longer worth it.
The price was the one that drew me into this product as it was right within my budget. But after using it for a short time, I realized that purchasing it was a huge mistake. A complete waste of money and time.
Their "development team" is 100% useless. Seriously, don't even bother reaching out to them as you will only waste your time and effort. They will not solve your problem also if you rub it on their faces.
Aside from their poor customer service, some of the most critical functions don't work correctly as well. The Discounting System feature is terrible, the back-end software does not work the way it's supposed to, and the reporting functions are quite limited. A BIG SHAME.
Simple to apply for simple to use quick verification irrespective of the size of the service is fantastic, plenty of options.
