The slow times are there. Many of the features are on maintenance permanently so are of no use.
Don't let this company's success deceive you with our previous system. We attempted to duplicate it in our latest project, but the execution is a complete failure. We're still stuck with a broken system and no customer support after three months. Frustration never ends due to unanswered emails, unresponsive sales teams, and useless tech support. Find something different to avoid the discomfort!
