This program helped me adapt my point of sale and inventory management to fit my company’s needs. The customer service is also great, I can tell that they sincerely want to help. I appreciate that a lot.
Erply boasts a set of features that will let you customize it any way you want to.
Its back-end interface is more complex compared to similar software. But then again, that’s expected due to how robust Erply is.
A full-service restaurant cannot yet use the Sapaad restaurant management system. The inventory program is the only saving grace, but it is at best average. The program contains a lot of bugs, like the inability to enter tips for walk-in orders, Tables couldn't be combined, Failing to design the dining room's floor plan, the kitchen is unaware of who called in the order because KDS does not publish the names of servers on tickets, there is no keycode for rapid entry or entering discounts, therefore servers must either have full access or log off and have the manager log in. Servers must log in using their email address and password.
Nothing major other than the inventory program
Unable to enter tips on walk-in orders, Unable to merge tables, Unable to make a floor layout for the dining room and KDS does not display server names on tickets.
Erply is an excellent POS. We couldn’t imagine not using it.
Erply is one of the best POS in the market. It offers a weighted code reader feature, which is not used by other POS. Changing prices of the products is a breeze.
The inventory process uses different windows at the same time, which is pretty confusing.
The POS system Sapaad is effective, although it has several drawbacks. The online ordering system is a useful tool, however there are certain things that could be done better, including adding more non-discountable items and expanding the available discounts. In order to gather additional information for promotions, the CRM system needs to be enhanced. Additionally, there is no training mode and insufficient date/time control in the reports. Overall, Sapaad is a fantastic alternative for restaurants, but before choosing it, establishments should be aware of its restrictions.
Third party integrations and online ordering system
No discounts, OTP isn't proper, no survey options, whatsapp sharing isn't there, footer section needs improvement and reports do not have control for data and time
