The reports provided are many, looking for items when calling a client is simple.
Touchy buttons, the wrong item severally gets included in the order of the guests, and there are continuous upgrades that don’t relate to our store’s type.
I spent a lot of bucks on this stupid software. On trying to contact customer support, they just forwarded my mail and I had to wait for at least one week. That’s all I could get from it.
It can only be made to work if the technical team helps you.
