None.
It improves the workflow by bringing more clarity in the team. The notification board and self-saving system are outstanding. Before that, I was feeling devastated when there’s a sudden issue and all my work was gone. It is a robust software which has everything to offer which a PM product should do.
Uploading is very slow. Basecamp is a useful app but only for those who know how to use it and are a real hard worker. It may be frustrating otherwise. More tutorials should be there to guide people.
Using it is very simple, the UI is intuitive, it is simple to add tasks and create projects.
The entire suite could be better, traceability doesn’t work for Test Cases, Task, Project, and User stories, and there’s no Project Manager collaboration, or Zoho Creator and Zoho Project collaboration with a Zoho Sprint.
