The approach gives complete files with front and back notes along with an extensive search tool. The system didn't function flawlessly at first because of a few scanned objects that weren't available right away after scanning, but these were quickly fixed.

This document storage solution met the needs of both simple and complicated workflows with remarkable ease of use. The document tagging and coding queue procedures, however, were a little laborious.
