While the development pace was initially perceived as slow, the platform has made significant strides in the past year, emerging as a strong competitor by introducing numerous features.

The admin features, including the Command Center (at an additional cost), offer valuable insights into users, meetings, and trends
Notably, BlueJeans excels in connecting various elements to a meeting, ranging from apps and dial-in calls to room systems (H.323) and even other platforms.

Cons

Video and audio synchronization in BlueJeans may lag compared to other solutions, and while it generally demands more bandwidth (although less of an issue in current times), this hasn't significantly impacted performance.

Decent Ease of Use
