Consolidates all phone communication in one place, allowing for web meetings, voicemail checks, and real-time status updates of coworkers. Enables efficient organization of daily tasks in collaboration with team members.

  • Accessible through mobile apps, ensuring flexibility whether at your desk or needing to forward calls to your cell without spending excess time navigating phone settings.
Cons
  • Understanding the functions of specific clicks is crucial; accidentally clicking on a coworker's box can lead to unintended calls, a situation that I've encountered a few times.

The service-related challenges with customers prompted a switch to 3cx, although this transition resulted in more free time, allowing for activities like playing solitaire.

  • The system offers features like real-time visibility of coworkers' phone statuses, the ability to manage calls, and flexibility in changing modes such as away and busy.
Cons
  • Encountering frequent lockups, freezing, and issues with the screen display
  • Additionally, phone hot keys often fail to log in and out of the Que, leading to usability concerns.
