PrognoCIS has entered into a partnership with OpenEdge to offer secure card-processing services. This allows the billing system to accept payments via phone, mail, direct payments or online payments. The system also caters to patients paying in installments. This further improves collections and builds better relationships with patients.

A great feature is direct employer billing. If your clinic has been appointed to care for patients who are employees at a large company, you can bill the parent company instead of individual patients.
