What I think of Manager Plus

Pros
  • There is the basic functionality that we like
  • Specifically, the ability to select dimensions is something that comes in handy
  • Also, the view that lists all the assets helps perform my work
  • I feel that the price for this service is reasonable.
Cons
  • Only thing that I can suggest for improvement is the user interface
  • I feel that it can be made more friendly to use.

It works great for our maintenance management

Pros
  • Our maintenance work is benefiting from using this software
  • The maintenance staff can use the web interface to send WO’s
  • Generating, updating, and sending or printing work orders is also simple enough
  • web portal
  • Occasionally, we have needed clarification or had some processing issue, we can simply get a response as to what to do if we contact the customer service
  • They are usually prepared to help us.
Cons
  • At times, we have had to deal with minor glitches in the software
  • Those issues are generally resolved though
  • The updates are sometimes hard to install
  • Otherwise, the system does what we use it for.
