Using Jonas has spared us the need to manage our financials through programs like Excel, which has greatly reduced the tedium associated with such tasks. The software's complete cost reporting capabilities have been a game-changer for us.
We're hoping for an easier Field Time entering platform, but the increased key clicks instead of simple tab or next commands have made it a bit challenging. We also look forward to more user-friendly crew entry modifications. An area that really needs improvement is the occurrence of errors and crashes in Jonas; it's a concern that needs addressing.
